Bloody lychee eyeball ice cubes
Blueberry-stuffed lychees frozen with their syrup and strawberry syrup for Halloween drinks.
Ingredients
- 1 can lychees in syrup, with juice reserved
- Fresh blueberries
- Strawberry syrup
- Plastic wrap
- An empty egg carton for supporting the parcels
The kitchen spell
- Line a small cup with plastic wrap to make a shallow pocket.
- Put a blueberry inside a lychee and place it blueberry-side down in the pocket.
- Add 2 tbsp lychee juice and a little strawberry syrup.
- Twist the wrap closed and stand the parcel in an egg carton.
- Freeze overnight, unwrap and add to a drink.
