Gory Halloween eyeball cocktail
A vodka and cranberry Halloween drink with red jelly, fruit syrup and frozen lychee eyeballs.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp red jelly (Jello)
- A drizzle of strawberry or blueberry syrup
- 1 shot vodka
- Cranberry juice, to fill 1/3 of the glass
- A splash of sparkling water
- Ice
- Frozen lychee eyeballs
The kitchen spell
- Coat the rim of a glass with fruit syrup and let it run down the sides.
- Add a little more syrup and mash the red jelly into the bottom of the glass.
- Add ice and frozen lychee eyeballs.
- Pour in vodka, add cranberry juice to a third of the glass and finish with sparkling water.
